1. Where in Sofia is the church “St. George” – rotunda and why to make christening there?
If you are going to christen your child in Sofia and you are looking for a photographer, St. George Church (rotunda) is a good and beautiful place. The church is located in the center of the city Sofia between the Presidential Palace and the Balkan Hotel, as they are in close proximity TSUM, Ancient Serdika (Largo) and the National Art Gallery. Photographing of the Holy Baptism as a ritual is usually combined with a brief photo shoot of the parents and the baptized child in the area of the church. The columns of the TZUM, the green garden behind the art gallery, and the area around the temple itself are nice and welcoming places for photographs and that’s why many parents choose this church for their celebration.
